Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find appropriate solutions.

This policy applies to all SCRYPIO services including but not limited to:

  • Proxy data packages
  • Residential proxy access
  • Premium features and add-ons
  • Any other digital services provided by SCRYPIO

Why No Refunds?

Our services are digital in nature and are delivered immediately upon payment. Once payment is processed, you gain instant access to:

  • Proxy server credentials and connection details
  • Real-time proxy generation capabilities
  • Account management features
  • Usage tracking and monitoring tools

Since these services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and access is granted immediately, we cannot process refunds.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error with your account or billing, please:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue
  2. Provide detailed information about the problem
  3. Allow us 5-7 business days to investigate
  4. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issues
